Maintenance and Grow-in

Tee to Green provides a maintenance service which includes:

• Re-employment of all your current staff including the green keeper.
• Purchase all required materials for maintenance and benefit the client with bulk purchase discounts.
• Provide the client with a weekly and annual schedule of maintenance that runs concurrent to the agreed budget.
• Take care of all alterations and small construction required through our in house construction facility.
• Provide an annual zero based maintenance budget with a summary of the costing.
• Provide a monthly report on the activities and the scheduled work ahead.
